Refund Policy

To request a refund, email dallas@dallastravers.com.

We stand by this product with 100% confidence and we want you to be 100% satisfied with it.

That’s why we provide you a 14 day window to dive into the course. If Client Surge is not what you expected, simply email support@dallastraverscom within 14 days of purchase and you’ll get a refund – NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

HERE’S WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING:

Course Duration. You will have full access to the training modules and Q+A recordings for the lifetime of this program.
Commitment. Please do not enroll in Client Surge if you just want to “check it out.” We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this Program, and we expect you to do the same.
Deadline to Apply for Refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Completed Course Work. We’ll ask for your completed course work (to make sure you gave it a go) and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve).
Company Discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
