But they are actually the reason why I have been in business for 21 years and why I’ve been able to — over that time — completely change my business 3 times, and change my audience, start from scratch, the whole deal, I’ve done it.

And because I relied on the same habits over and over again…when it came to revenue, I was able to pick up where I left off each time.
