I’m just thrilled to introduce today’s guest to you. Her name is Kelli King-Jackson and she helps Black women working in white spaces. She’s been feeling a lot of tension around how to keep her work accessible and equitable while still generating the revenue she deserves.
The first thing Kelli and I did in this session was to get clear on her mission. From there, we crunched some numbers to help Kelli feel clear about how many clients she can serve and at what price point.
… yes you will hear me do math in public, which you know is not my strong suit.
Kelli walked away from our conversation with a three tiered plan in place that aligns with her mission and values and will produce a six figure income.
Here’s what it looks like:
1. Private clients who are in a position to pay Kelli’s full rate.
2. Group clients who pay a reduced rate.
3. An impact program where Kelli will scholarship spots in her group program to those women who qualify.
It was so much fun and, once we got clear about her mission and the numbers, it was actually surprisingly easy to create the offerings structure.
If you serve an audience that just isn’t in a position to pay the big bucks a lot of coaching programs recommend you charge, you’re going to love this episode.
