A little about me, The Hive's Founder.
HIYA! I’M DALLAS 🙂
I give coaches the clarity and structure they need to attract incredible clients, sell with soul, build a strong and loyal following, and launch meaningful programs so they can make more money, have more freedom and help more people.
You: Dallas, huh?
Me: Yup and nope, I wasn’t born in Dallas (Canada, actually). I’m pretty sure I was named after the soap opera. My mom won’t admit it, but the timing of the series premiere is just too suspicious.
ABOUT ME
My hubby Andrew and I have been married for 15 years, I’m a proud Mom, and dog lover (although I wasn’t always – a dog lover that is).
MY GUILTY PLEASURES
WHAT MAKES ME WEIRD
I’m a bit of a detail and efficiency freak. My brain thinks in worksheets and frameworks. When I was little you could find me in my room on Sunday nights planning out my outfits for the week and making my bed… at night… while I was still in it.
MY FIRST JOB
At 13, my first job was at McDonald’s and I loved every minute of it. The efficient systems, rules and routine all made my heart sing. Not to mention the free french fries for lunch.
I created the Hive to help more coaches help more people.
Wouldn’t the world be a better place if everyone felt safe to ask for the help they need to build a better life? That’s what we do as coaches. And I want to help you make the impact you want to make and make the money you need to feel free.

Questions coaches ask before saying “let’s do this” to the Hive
We recommend setting aside about 8-ish hours per week which includes:
- Attending our weekly group call (2 hrs) –that’s 3 episodes of The Great British Bakeoff on Netflix
- Moving through the trainings (3 hrs) — that’s two days worth of mindless IG scrolling — go ahead check your screentime
- Implement what you learn (3 hrs) — that’s three hours more of doing what works AND not doing what keeps you busy and worried about where the next client will come from
ABSOLUTELY! That’s why we cap the year’s mentorship enrollment at 75 people.
